Do you deliver?

Yes, we do deliver please call the office for prices or costs will appear when ordering on the website.

Can I choose the delivery day?

Generally, yes you can choose the day but you should confirm with our sales team

How do you deliver

We make deliveries with our own purpose-built Hiab truck. In some cases, we will use a local haulier so it is essential that you have a hard surface and space to accommodate a larger truck and hand pallet delivery. Due to access some delivery’s maybe kerbside.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns of any paving slabs. We do accept returns of unopened auxiliary products such as grout and slurry.

Do you replace damaged paving slabs?

Only those arrived during delivery which you must notify us within 48 hours accompanied by photographs or returned to the yard for us to see the issue.

What happens if I am short paving slabs?

You can reorder at the original purchase price + delivery. If you have purchased patios packs (3 or 4 size mix) any further metres required will have to be sold in the same ratio, you cannot pick the sizes you want.

Does the Paving vary in colour from batch to batch?

From container to container there can be mild variations so definitely view the existing batches if that is something that would be an issue for you

Are prices negotiable from the sticker price?

We do offer better prices for larger amounts so please contact one of our sales staff
